How do I order a bag?

I’ll be releasing bag drops regularly through my website for you to purchase directly from here. Check out the ‘Shop’ page to see what’s available. Drop dates will be posted on my Instagram page @by.elfie so make sure you’re following to keep up to date with my availability!

Are you still doing custom orders?

I am not doing custom orders at the minute to focus on my bag drops to ensure the majority are able to buy my By Elfie products in the fairest possible way! Hopefully I will be doing custom orders again in the near future once I am on top of updating my inventory.

I missed out on your bag drop. When is the next one?

I’m so sorry that you missed out this time! I am aiming to drop newness on site at least every two weeks, so there is plenty of opportunity for you to secure your By Elfie products! Keep an eye on my Instagram @by.elfie for drop dates and times!

I had a bag in my cart and now it isn’t available. What happened?

Unfortunately as every single one of my bags are completely unique they are individually listed, and there is only ever one of each in stock. If the bag is no longer available, this means that someone else has purchased it before you.

How do I look after my By Elfie Bag?

To keep your bag as fresh as possible, we would recommend keeping your bag dry and away from any water, dirt or food. Due to the various materials included in the production of the bag, we would not recommend dry cleaning. We use wool to decorate the bag, so machine washing is not advised. To clean the canvas simply spot wash. Otherwise, treat your Elfie bag like you would with a fur bag or any other specially made bag.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is a flat £5.55 charge. Alternatively, select ‘Local Pick Up’ at check out and contact me directly via Instagram to arrange.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do not currently ship internationally, but would love to in the near future. If this changes, we will update this page.

Do you accept returns?

As each bag is completely unique and custom made to order, we do not currently accept returns. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that no bag is ever the same, and wool composition and colours may differ slightly to one you have seen on Instagram. All images provided on site are accurate representation of the bag you are choosing to purchase. Please refer to the ‘How do I look after my By Elfie Bag’ question to ensure you are taking care of your one of one accessory.
